Picsin is an online printing platform, so customers upload photos and images to create personalized products.

- Saving unfinished projects

- Reviewing print quality
- Checking cropping, resolution, blur, colour, or layout concerns
- Handling customer support, reprint, or return-related issues
If you save an unfinished project, the saved project and its related uploaded images may be stored for up to 30 days. After 30 days, unfinished saved projects and their related uploaded images may be deleted.
For completed orders, uploaded images may be retained for up to 30 days after the order is successfully placed for production, support, quality review, reprint, or issue-resolution purposes. After this period, order images may be deleted from our active systems unless retention is required for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or operational reasons.
Customers should only upload images that they own or have the right to use. You are responsible for ensuring that the photos or images you upload do not violate any third-party rights, laws, or privacy expectations.

We do not store full card numbers, UPI IDs, banking passwords, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our own systems.
Picsin may also offer Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may use your name, phone number, shipping address, order details, and verification status to confirm the order. COD orders may be manufactured and shipped only after phone confirmation with the customer.
