Picsin may refuse, cancel, or remove any uploaded content or order if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Online Editor, Preview, Cropping, and Print Accuracy

Picsin may provide an online editor to help customers upload, crop, adjust, preview, and customize their images before ordering.

The preview shown on the website is for guidance only. The final printed product may vary slightly due to factors such as:

  • Screen brightness and display settings
  • Device colour calibration
  • Image resolution and quality
  • Print material, paper, canvas, or frame type
  • Cropping and size selection
  • Production and finishing methods

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product preview, crop, orientation, image placement, size, quantity, spelling, and customization choices before placing an order.

Picsin may make minor adjustments where necessary for production, quality, cropping, or print finishing. However, Picsin is not responsible for customer errors such as uploading the wrong image, choosing the wrong size, approving the wrong crop, or using a low-resolution image.

7. Saved Projects

Customers may save unfinished projects in their account.

Saved projects and their related uploaded images may remain available for up to 30 days. After 30 days, unfinished saved projects and related images may be deleted.

Picsin is not responsible for the loss of unfinished projects if the customer does not complete the order before the saved project expires.

8. Product Information and Availability

We try to display product information, sizes, pricing, images, and descriptions accurately. However, small variations may occur.

Picsin may update, change, discontinue, or limit any product, size, material, price, offer, or feature at any time without prior notice.

Product images shown on the website are for representation and may differ slightly from the final printed product due to customization, screen settings, material differences, and production methods.

9. Pricing, Offers, and Discounts

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice. Offers, coupon codes, flash sales, and discounts may be subject to conditions, expiry dates, product restrictions, order value requirements, or availability.

Discounts may not be combined unless clearly stated.

Picsin reserves the right to correct pricing errors, technical errors, offer errors, or product display errors. If an order is affected by such an error, Picsin may contact the customer, revise the order, or cancel the order with a refund where applicable.

10. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order on Picsin.in does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

An order may be accepted only after required information, payment status, image upload, product selection, and verification are complete.

Picsin may reject, pause, or cancel an order if:

  • Payment fails, remains pending, or is not confirmed
  • Cash on Delivery confirmation is not completed
  • The uploaded image violates these Terms
  • The product, size, or material is unavailable
  • The delivery address is incomplete or not serviceable
  • The order appears fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive
  • There is a pricing, technical, or system error
  • Required customer confirmation is not received

If an order is cancelled after payment, eligible refunds will be handled according to the applicable refund process.

11. Payments

Online payments on Picsin.in are processed through CCAvenue or its supported payment partners.

Picsin does not store full card numbers, UPI credentials, banking passwords, CVV, or other sensitive payment information on its own systems.

Picsin may receive and store payment status information, such as whether a payment is successful, failed, pending, cancelled, or refunded.

For prepaid orders, production may begin only after payment confirmation is received.

Failed, pending, or incomplete payments may delay or cancel the order.

12. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected orders, products, values, and locations.

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • The customer’s name, phone number, address, and order details may be used for verification.
  • The order may require phone confirmation before production.
  • The order will be manufactured and shipped only after successful phone confirmation.
  • Picsin may cancel the order if the customer cannot be contacted or does not confirm the order.
  • Picsin may restrict or remove COD availability at any time.

13. Production and Processing

  • Image quality
  • Customization requirements
  • Order volume
  • Material availability
  • Quality checks

Picsin may contact the customer if an uploaded image has visible quality concerns, resolution issues, cropping problems, or other production concerns.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Picsin ships orders through courier and logistics partners. Shipping is primarily handled through Shiprocket, along with other courier partners where required.

Delivery timelines shown on the website or shared by support are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or festivals

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and be available to receive the order.

Picsin is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address, unavailable customer, courier restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Because Picsin products are customized, cancellations are allowed only before the order is sent for production or processing.

Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible.

To request cancellation, customers should contact us as soon as possible at:

[email protected]

If the cancellation request is approved and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed according to the applicable refund process.

Picsin reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including payment failure, failed COD confirmation, policy violation, suspicious activity, unavailable product, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.
